POVERTY AROUND'S ME

Poverty is a problem that surrounds us, be it mild or severe poverty. A conflict between countries that results in the misfortune that many families suffer every day, without knowing if the next day they will live a life that they have not sought or it is time to die.
In this photograph at a glance, I can see a girl, with her face, body and t-shirt dirty. She has a ball of clay offered to the photographer, I would say she offers the clay for the photographer to play with. Behind the girl is a dirty landscape, with corners of rubbish, mud and a house that is probably made of the rubbish they have around.. Seeing this image makes me very sad, these situations are not good, nor pleasant to see and much less to live. Image and definition are related, here we can see lack of basic resources and needs, they survive with the rubbish that surrounds them and they live inside a house that I would bet is built by themselves.
Seeing pictures like this causes a lot of sadness, a girl who should be at school playing and is here with her family living with what they find, instead we live so well that we can even afford to throw the food we don’t want. I am so grateful for everything I have and we should all be aware.
